How to Request a New York Airport Transfer with Rydei

Start with the airport and itinerary

Choose the airport page that fits your trip: JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark Liberty International Airport. Then provide the pickup address, destination, date, requested time, terminal when known, passenger count, luggage, contact information, and flight details when relevant.

Choose a vehicle request class

Rydei’s New York request form includes Rydei X, Rydei XL, Private Car Service, Lux, SUV Lux, and Large Van. These are request categories and planning capacities—not guaranteed inventory. Dispatch confirms the available vehicle and luggage fit for the approved trip.

What happens after submission?

1. Request: Submit the trip details through the New York form. The initial request does not collect card numbers.
2. Review: Dispatch reviews the route, vehicle preference, luggage, partner availability, and airport pickup considerations.
3. Quote: Dispatch communicates the available option, approved price, and trip terms.
4. Deposit: After approval, Rydei sends a secure Stripe link for the $100 deposit, which is credited toward the approved balance.
5. Balance: The remaining balance is due five business days before travel. For requests made within four business days, the full approved amount is due after availability is confirmed.

Plan pickup details carefully

Airport curbsides are generally for active pickup and drop-off, not unattended waiting. Share the terminal, flight, luggage, and phone details and follow the final dispatch instructions and current airport signage. Airport procedures can change, so the confirmed meeting instructions for the trip take priority.
