Partner Program FAQ
Is there a cost to join the partner program?
No. The partner program is completely free to join. There are no fees, no contracts, and no minimums. You can refer as many or as few clients as you like.
How do I track my referrals and commissions?
We provide a monthly commission statement showing every booking attributed to your referral code, the booking value, and your commission amount. You can also call us anytime for an update.
How quickly are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid on the 1st of each month for all completed bookings from the previous month. We pay via check, Venmo, or PayPal — your choice.
What if my guest needs to cancel?
Commissions are only paid on completed bookings. If a guest cancels, no commission is owed. There is no chargeback or penalty to you.
Can I refer clients for routes outside Putnam County?
Yes. We serve all of Northeast Florida including St. Johns County, Flagler County, and surrounding areas. Referrals from any of our service areas qualify for commission.
