Choose the existing Errand Services option that fits your local task. Your Rydei service fee covers the driver’s time and work. If a driver buys something for you, the merchandise cost is separate and reimbursed through the existing process.

Need Walmart + Publix + Walgreens? Choose Multi-Stop Errand — $35. Tell us each stop and what you need at each one, and Rydei Dispatch will build the route for review.

Two costs. Kept simple.
You pay Rydei for the driver’s time and work. If your driver buys something for you, you pay the driver back for what the item actually costs.
Example: $35 Rydei service + $18 groceries means $35 paid to Rydei and $18 paid back to your driver.
When your driver arrives with your items, you can reimburse them with cash or by tapping your card on the driver’s Cash App Tap-to-Pay terminal.
If your driver buys something, you reimburse them separately for the real cost of the item.

Rydei Dispatch reviews the request, checks the details, and may contact you if clarification is needed before an actual order is created.

If the request is confirmed, the eligible driver reviews the Errand before accepting and follows the approved task instructions.
CANCELLING A REQUEST
Let us know as soon as you can.
Because your driver may already be on the way or may have started working on your request, cancelling after work has started may result in a cancellation charge or other costs you have already caused.

Your Rydei fee covers the driver’s time and work within the limits shown for that service. The cost of any items is separate.
What if you need to buy something for me?+
No problem. Tell us what you need and give us a realistic estimate. You reimburse the driver for the actual item cost.
How do I pay my driver back?+
When your driver arrives with the items, you can reimburse them with cash or by tapping your card on the driver’s Cash App Tap-to-Pay terminal.
What if the store does not have what I need?+
Include practical alternatives or instructions in your request. Dispatch may contact you if clarification is needed.
Can I have more than one stop?+
Yes. Choose Multi-Stop, list every stop and what you need at each one, and we will build the route for your driver.
Can I cancel?+
Let us know as soon as you can. Cancelling after work has started may mean a cancellation charge or other costs already caused.
Can my driver say no?+
Yes. Your driver sees the stops, task, instructions, and purchase requirement before accepting. If the Errand does not work for them, they can decline it.
Is this an instant service?+
No. Errands are scheduled ahead so we can review your request and make sure the right driver is available.
